| Another good place Written by Candace Dominguez, on 01-10-2009 (07:01) Elephant Butte is a great place to go. It's farther (around 4 hours from East El Paso) but its a lot of fun, especially if you go during an off time so there are fewer people. My friends and I spent a weekend there with our dogs, and they loved being able to run up and down the shore, and through the sand. It's worth it especially if your dog likes water. |
